No Returns. All Sales Final. Exchanges only valid within 72 hours of the delivery date. Limitations Apply.
Our policy lasts 3 days/72 hours from the delivery date and time. (Shipping time does not count) If 3 days have gone by since your purchase delivers, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return Shipping is paid by the buyer. We will cover the new label on the exchange item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Only regular-priced brand new items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale or used items cannot be exchanged.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products and codes
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase printed and added to the exchange package.
Please do not send your purchase back to the address listed! We provide a new return label for every return processed.
There are certain situations where only partial credit is granted
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Damaged boxes/case
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit/exchange.
If you choose store credit, you should receive an email with a generated code for a $$$ amount off code within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing credit/exchanges
If you haven’t received your email yet, first check your spam email again. Also, make sure the email address listed under the account is the same as yours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you requested credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
